This feels like being a Master of Ceremonies. So I'll keep it short.

Welcome to the Mizar Ogri Alliance forum!

Being part of a great alliance with a great leader and experienced members is awesome, to say the least.
Also, reading up a bit on you guys made me realize that the Mizar Ogri alliance shows great promise.

I've also been reading up on Ogamers' opinions about the Mizar uni. I've been asking myself what do you guys think about the uni. Does it being a normal speed uni disappoint you?

Members' and guests' opinions are welcome.

Don't really care what other people think of Mizar.
I'm here to enjoy myself and if it works out, great. If it doesn't, that's how it goes.

I'm not disappointed with the single speed server. Was looking for one anyway. I'm not too fond of ACS though, but that's my personal opinion and the ACS brings more people to Mizar, so more activity I guess. Still, I really dislike ACS. :/

-edit-
I'm also willing to put a lot of effort into Allliance activity. Just putting that out there. Smile

I'm sure you won't mind me asking nor shun me, what is ACS?

Same thing here. I'm fairly new to forums and my first experience left me talking to walls.

Alliance combat system. You can team up with buddies to crash an enemy or ACS defend to defend from an incoming attack.

I love forums. They're my favourite thing. c:

I'm craving to see why I should ditch sleep at night just to stay on Ogame. Leo wasn't that lively. Or just maybe fun was staring at me in the face and I couldn't see it.

Any comments on the forum organization and features?

I have no experience with phpBB, but it seems alright Smile
I'd say, maybe make a separate board inside off-topic just for intro threads, kind of like the ogame.org forums.

Also, you don't really need real moderation on small boards like these.

Good point. I'll look into the Ogame forum categories and work something out.

Just got a message from Darth. He will take the categories and forum categories organization into his own hands. My work is done here. Embarassed

At least, we finished the forum and almost everything is working properly. Now, I just have to find a way to host my Galaxy Tool and then to create and IRC Channel and then remove the forum chatbox and insert it here.

This Universe looks promising and most of our members are experienced, therefore I don't think that we'll be having any problems staying in the top 15 and become feared of all. Very Happy

Forum looks good guys Smile

I don't care for speed universes, too many kids thinking they have skill there.

I'm a non acs fan myself but as they don't open acs unis anymore here I am!

Great. I'm not too keen on Acs either but as Viron and I are extremely close, I'm sure we'll give it a shot. Smile

Hey guys, finally got around to activating my forum account Very Happy

personally, im cool with it being a normal speed uni, last time i played normal speed was 5 years ago in the danish uni1. Been playing uni 35 for 7 months or so, so i'll have to get used to it for sure, but that shouldnt be a problem. Really hoping this alliance lives up to the promise its showing at the moment, the ally im in in 35 kinda started to take a dive activity wise around the time i joined.

well since the gap between when i first played and now is pretty big it was easy to adapt to the changes. Never really bothered me to be honest. Exept for the lag it seems to be causing, it seems to always occur at the worst possibly moment Very Happy
